Staging Process
Step 1 – Consultation
Blue Diamond Interiors will provide a consultation which includes a complete tour of your home's interior and exterior. You will receive a comprehensive written report offering practical solutions to showcase the best features of your home.
Step 2 – Work Plan
As the homeowner you decide how much of the work you are able to do to prepare your home for sale. A list of local, reputable contractors and/or home service providers can be provided to help get you started.
Step 3 – Staging
Once all the preliminary work has been completed to prepare your home for staging, the experienced staging team at Blue Diamond Interiors will transform your home giving it that model home look and feel that will grab the attention of potential buyers. We will work with your existing furniture and accessories to showcase your home. If necessary, furniture pieces and accessory items can be rented from Blue Diamond Interiors. At the end of the day your home will look its best.
